Family Matters @ School
FamilyMatters@School is an initiative by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). Pei Hwa has embarked on FamilyMatters@School to empower parents with the resources, knowledge and skills to build a strong and happy family through the Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P), an evidence-based programme that equips parents with techniques to promote their children’s psychological, social and emotional competence.
Parents are identified for Triple P through a survey conducted by MSF for all parents of Secondary One and Secondary Two students. Once identified, they can receive individualized/group parenting guidance from a trained family coach assigned by MSF.
