Registrations

  • All posting results serve as a confirmed registration to the school. There is no need to register further and/or to report physically to the school.
  • You will receive notifications from Pei Hwa Secondary School via Parents Gateway for all administrative matters by 27 December. If you do not have Parents Gateway yet, please click here for more information.
  • Should you require any assistance, you may e-mail the school at peihwasec@moe.edu.sg or call 65009580 (Please be patient with us we are expecting high volumes of traffic regarding Sec 1 registration during this period).

Subjects offered at More Demanding Levels (MDL)

  • If your child is eligible to take a subject at a more demanding level, you will receive a notification from the school via Parents Gateway by 19 December. Parents are to follow the instructions accompanying the form on accepting or rejecting the offer. If you are accepting the offer, do remember to purchase the relevant SBB subject textbooks.

Higher Mother Tongue

  • If your child is eligible for Higher Mother Tongue Language (HMTL), he/she will receive Form A from the school via Parents Gateway by 19 December. Parents are to follow the instructions accompanying the form on accepting or rejecting the offer. If you are accepting the offer, do remember to purchase the relevant Higher Mother Tongue subject textbooks.

Appeals for Transfer into Pei Hwa Secondary School (non-medical)

The deadline for the submission of appeals is on 27 December 2024 (Friday), 12:00pm. Late submissions will not be allowed. If you meet the Cut-off Point (COP) for the respective posting groups and would like to appeal to Pei Hwa Secondary School, you may submit an appeal via the link: https://go.gov.sg/phssappeal2025

2025 Cohort Sec 1 Uniform and Textbook Purchases

Parents are to make a booking via the link https://www.pacificbookstores.com/login to enter Pei Hwa Secondary School. You can use this time to purchase textbooks and/or uniforms.

* Please click here for instructions on the purchase of school uniform. Do note that in the event of uniform sizes unavailability, do be assured that the school has made flexible arrangements should there be a need for your child to wear their primary school attire for the first week of school.

*Due to limited parking lots, parents are encouraged to park at the following public car parks that are conveniently located near the school:

  1. Blk 417 (opposite Pei Hwa Secondary School) near Layar LRT (multi-storey carpark)
  2. Blk 416 (opposite Pei Hwa Secondary School) underground carpark
  3. Blk 413 (next to Pei Hwa Secondary School) multi-storey carpark

FAQs

Registration:

1. Question: Will there be Orientation for my child?

Answer: You will receive a notification via Parents Gateway about Orientation and your child’s Orientation Group (OG) by 27 December. The e-mail of the OG Teachers are stated in the notification. You can email them should you require any assistance.
2. Question: Will there be any Parent Talks during the registration?

Answer: We have planned for the respective talks by the Principal as well as other school personnel to take place when school starts. More information will be sent to parents via Parents Gateway.
