To equip pupils with Baseline ICT Standards. To promote independent and interdisciplinary learning.
Staff Development Processes
To increase the level of ICT competency of all teachers and ensure they meet the Baseline ICT Standards for teachers.
Resource Procurement Processes
To make available the necessary ICT resources for staff and pupils’ teaching and learning processes through consultation with the management, the teachers and the pupils.
To harness the capability of ICT to enhance administration and communication for the school.
The school has embarked on the e-Learning journey since November 2010. Since then, we have made it a practice to give pupils holiday homework via the e-Learning portal. Do visit our e-Learning portal.
Pupils will be taught to specialise in specific softwares. At the end of the course, they will create a digital portfolio on the e-Learning portal to showcase their work.
Baseline ICT Standards
Starting 2011, all pupils have to meet the Baseline ICT Standards. The residential ICT Trainer will be conducting short courses for the pupils to ensure that they meet these standards. This will be followed by a certification at the end of the year.
